Hi. Strange post, but late last month I got a notification that my email address had changed. After following up with VS, it turns out that my account had been compromised and over 250K FC miles had been spent on Kaligo vouchers apparently in my name :-(

I am now waiting for FC to contact me back - within 72 hours was promised which we are now past- but is there anything else should I be doing? Has anyone had this happen to them?

That's awful. Have FC given you any indication whether they will "restore" the point?

On more practical matters, can you still log in to you account? If so and if you haven't already I would change the password.

Also if you use the same password elsewhere, consider changing them too. If you fall in to this bracket, I would recommend a password manager and randomly generated passwords.

Apologies I can't offer much more than that.
