The last VS 747

Now that G-VROS has departed that, I think, leaves 1 remaining VS 747.

Anyone any idea if Virgin are planning to do something special, other than a wing wave, for its last jumbo ?

Also, anyone know if these planes are stripped before flown off and if so, what do they do with all the fittings unique to their 747 fleet. I’m sure I’ve seen somewhere that Qantas have sold off their bar carts etc so you could buy a piece of memorabilia.

I would hate to think unique stuff to VS ends up on some scrap heap. (If someone from VS is reading this, a wee 10k seat sign would be fantastic -thanks :-D )
