According to that article the A332s' have gone as well!

For 2021, the airline is not planning to take any more aircraft deliveries as far as we know. It will rely instead on its existing Dreamliners, with the six A350s and the remaining A330-300s soldiering on for a little longer. The A330-200s have gone, as have all the quadjets at the airline.

VS will end up with 7 A350's though as G-VTEA which looks to still be on track for delivery soon is A350 #7 isn't it?

I saw that in the article as well. It would be great if it were true, it's subpar in upper imho. Something tells me it's not accurate though.

I'll take the A330-200 premature withdrawals with a pinch of salt. The remaining three are still at MAN with several of the -300's. I'll believe it when I see them depart back to the lessors, though I guess it depends what happens over the next 6 months.

Good to see the -900's are still coming in 2 years. Going by the way things are going and given Airbus and RR were two parties in particular that were pressuring the government to offer some sort of support to VS back in the spring, it's not surprising an arrangement has been reached to defer.

I also noted how no more A350's are expected for at least 12 months. Whether this includes the two that arrived at MAN for temporary storage a few weeks back having flown direct from Airbus in Toulouse I'm not sure.

I would like to think the two 350s at Manchester are the replacement for our lovely 747 girls that we have lost. Hopefully by summer things will be better for us all. but i think it will be 2022 before normality in progress will be. Try and be positive.

The ones at MAN are LHR config though with 44J seats so I would doubt they would be regularly used from MAN?

On thé bright side good to see the 339s progressing although I assume they will now definitely replace the 333s as opposed to being in addition?
