Has JAX still not been assigned a name yet?

I think given the registration it will be something to do with Michael Jackson.

I think wordplay on that song would be the most suitable one of his songs for a plane since it is more feminine

Just rumours at the moment I would imagine, although G-VFUN (along with G-VJAM and G-VLUV) was originally intended for use on an A340-600 aircraft, but the order was cancelled.

I saw these somewhere. G-VNEO was down as First Lady but I hope that virgin would be more inventive than that.
Has G-VJOY got a name yet?

Aircraft registrations can only be used once. G-VANG has already been issued (several years ago), and registrations are not transferable to other aircraft, so G-VANG can't be used by Virgin. I'm not sure where Jethro's info is coming from. I can remember 'Atlantic Angel' being the original name given to A340-600 G-VATL when delivered in 2003, but they changed her name after a couple of years to Miss Kitty (named after Kitty Hawk).

I had no idea that it had already been used, what aircraft was it used on?
I too don't know where Jethros gets their info because sometimes it doesn't seem accurate
