Morning from a slightly foggy Heathrow. We’ve been here for about an hour and service - especially from Becky at the front desk (permission asked & granted) - has been exemplary. Hoping our flight on the Neo is as good as Mitcha’s last week.

There have been a few delays announced due to late arrivals of incoming aircraft - one flight was diverted to Manchester apparently.
