we are going to fly from LHR---- MIA ..march 2024 and ive booked UC we have seats 1a 2a we are flying on the neo
would virgin change the plane ??? as not a fan of the herringbone seats can any one have any info please

Unfortunately, this is crystal ball territory. Yes, VS can and may well swap A/C. They may not though.

VS don’t operate specific aircraft on any of their routes.

There is no definitive answer sorry.

May be worth checking your booking.

I’m booked on LHR-MIA in February. This was an A330neo until today when it’s changed to a 787!

Is it just a case of keeping an eye on the app for if that happens? I have UC return from JFK in 350-1000 and the neo which I want to try out

Yes, you need to keep checking as you wont get notifications for just an A/C type change.

JFK is probably the worst route for A/C type swaps as VS do send everything to JFK. Even MAN>JFK has been getting an A350 (the leisure config version) from time to time recently instead of the usual A333.
