Does anyone know if there is a support email address for gold members? was told the wrong information about my delayed baggage and want to make a complaint.

The [email protected] is no longer answered in my experience.

Only way to contact that I know of other than the Gold line is the online forms here.

The forms linked to above seem to work well in my experience, you'll get a receipt straight away and typically they get responded to in about a week.
