Anyone succeeded in opening a 'household account'? how?!

How do I open a household/ family account on VS, in 2023?

My partner transferred in 200k miles into her VS account from Amex, I'm lifetime Au have similar miles, and we'd love to unite the two to book a big family vacay, but... despite writing and requesting, nothing happens. Literally: no reply.

Anyone got a tip on how to do it?
From what I read, its not possible to set up a household account nowadays.

I've just managed to open a household account.

I'm silver and the rest of the family are red.

I used the below contact from on the VS web site.

The only proviso is that any points currently in others accounts aren't transferred over only new points earned from today. Although I was able to transfer the current points from the 3 red accounts into mine for a £10 admin fee per transfer.
