Older loyal crew who were placed in a holding pool and told not to seek employment with another airline and keep their uniform and were told that they would slowly be called back for a welcome back chat were then subject to an "intervew " ( 5 minutes ).
Most failed the so called interview , loyal people with 20-30 years experience .
fire and rehire !

What an terrible way to treat loyal staff and all that experience down the drain. Sign of the times I guess.
