Schedule Change - Points booking less right.
Posted: 13 Nov 2023, 13:30Virgin have schedule changed one of my flights I booked with points by nearly 20 hours.
They are claiming as I booked with Points I can only have a refund or re-book onto a flight with Points seats available.
Is this correct? It seems to unfairly penalise points bookings.
