Schedule Change / Refund

Hi All,

I booked back in October BOM - LHR - LAS all in one day. (yes its a long one) for June 2024. I was checking the booking and there has been a schedule change and now BOM - LHR will not connect on the same day.

Will I be able to get a full refund even though it was not booked as a flexible ticket.

Yes you will be entitled to a full refund as this will be considered a “major change” (change of more than 3 hours). The flexible/non flexible ticket policy is only if you want to make a voluntary change.
