Finally!

It feels like one step forward, two steps back though.. you can no longer get the date grid of fares to appear when booking as they have removed the "Flexible dates" option in this new version. So it's impossible to compare fares over a date range in Premium, for example.

Also if you're looking for a Premium or Upper flight and select that as the cabin, the search results are the same regardless of what you select and show all cabins. Worse, on mobile, select Premium or Upper and you'll just be shown the fares for Economy Light. :roll:

Does no-one test this stuff before they send it out!

Word of warning that the voucher info may also not be accurate! I had it confirmed on the phone last week that I had 1 valid one left, this website says none!

Still no membership card able to be added to Apple Wallet yet!

The member since date is also wrong on my virtual card as well? Mine says 1 Aug 2016 but I've been a FC member now since at least 2000?

Mines has the same date but on the old website has the correct date of Jan 2000 - strange.

lol they launched some secret invite-only online community to get feedback and I'm not surprised that they aren't using that platform to collect feedback about the new website... VS SPEND YOUR MONEY ON SOME USB-C PORTS AND REFIT THE 787S!!

Btw you can still access the old booking page here: https://www.virginatlantic.com/flight-search/book-a-flight and I believe the new booking site only shows up for certain routes. (Been trying LHR-JFK and it always goes to the old site)
