I am puzzled. Sorry, novice question.

I have used a cc voucher for a companion seat next month and have just earned another one this month. Both vouchers are still showing as available for use on my flying club account.

I expected the first one to disappear when I used it to book the flights. Should it have gone or will it go once I’ve flown?

Can anyone help please? There’s so much voucher experience on here, someone must know the answer

If it has been applied to your booking I wouldn't worry, out of interest how do you view if its available?

It’s showing as available to use on my FC account

The new ability to see vouchers in your FC account is proving problematic/inaccurate for many people - it will probably disappear at some stage!
