Does anyone have any tips on getting onto live chat? Wanting to amend a booking but having to resort to the phone as nothing happens when clicking the "need help - chat to us" option

I’ve been trying Live Chat for the past few days and it isn’t working for me. I’ve also resorted to phoning and waiting….
