Companion Voucher and Miles - Best Usage

Earned a companion voucher and am planning to use it on a family holiday to PLS in Oct25. The trip will be 3 adults and a 10 year old.
Was wondering what would be the best combination to get PE seats with the one voucher and circa 60k miles I have by that time flights become available this November.
I’ve assumed I’d need to pay one full fare and use the voucher for a second seat in the same class, then use the miles for the other two tickets.
