The new website

Anyone else not liking the new website - the email verification is a pain, doesn't always come through, I can't find out how to search through flexible dates and when you do find a flight, it no longer shows you seats.
It's like one step forward, three back. Has anyone found a way to search on the old look site ?
thanks
David

Must admit - I am not a fan.
The two stage verification isn't good - it's frustrating waiting for the code and, on several occasions, it has taken so long that it has expired before I get chance to use it.
There are some features that would be good if it wasn't for all the bugs and errors - as usual with VS IT it is a case of style over substance and releasing it before it is properly beta tested.

I dislike the constant need for 2FA login, it's rather cumbersome. However, I love that I can see all my vouchers in my account!

No issues as such, but the one area the site has always struggled with for me is the time it takes to process payment.
I bought two flights recently, one on the old site and one on the new, and both had me thinking it was broken!

Apparently there IS a workaround to the old site but I have just not found it yet so I guess its the usual dreadful telephone call to Boost

The live chat doesn't even work anymore. So your only option is to call. I'm trying to fin a work around for points boost as you can sometimes type in the URL.

I really hate the new website. The email verification timeout is just set way too high and there is no way to check box for a day or something. It's really annoying.

The way to get to the old website that I know of is if you click on multi-city search, it takes you to the old page and then you can use the links at the top to navigate to the old version. However, it doesn’t work for manage booking unfortunately, as once you submit your booking reference it takes you to the new page.
It is a handy workaround for flying club login though - you can get to the old style login without needing the email verification part. How long this workaround will exist for I’m not sure!
