Pre-Select down

It it just me, or is the pre-select website not working? It goes through the motions but gives an :Oops, something went wrong" message.
TBH, don't know why I want to pre-order from the MAN Upper Class menu. A sandwich from Pret a Manger in T2 will be far more edible.

It must be my booking, as have tried on different devices / browsers. This is a "straight" VS booking on a VS ticketed (so ticket number starting 932) flight. I have had similar issues on the past when on an Air France codeshare flight on VS metal. That flight was ticketed by Air France so sort of expected the problem then.

I would suggest your booking hasn’t been ticketed properly after an upgrade perhaps using points? I had the same problem last year…despite showing everything correctly in my booking, I couldn’t get the pre order to work. Wasn’t too bothered but then OLCI didn’t work either and so I called, and that’s when it became clear that the ticket hadn’t been reissued properly after the upgrade was done months previously.

The system won't let me pre-select my return meal either - just get a "Sorry about that. We're having some tech issues and weren't able to place your order. Please try again later" message.
Also interesting to note that there are 8 choices available ex-MCO. The normal 3 off the menu + 5 exclusives. If the caterers at MCO can manage this, why can't the MAN caterers offer an enhanced selection?

Had email today for our flight back from Atl to Man next Tuesday. As Kraken says much more extensive choice than from UK , but some exclusive to pre-order only. Again we received the error message so will have to wait and see what we receive on board.
