Planning 2026 Florida trip. The hotel we like to use is offering a great price for our stay and don’t want to miss out. The problem is there is no current flight schedule for 2026 showing EDI to MCO.
Any information as to when this is expected?
Will probably gamble and book guessing Saturday out and back will be as the same as this year.

Try the ‘Holidays’ tab on the VS website (what was Virgin Holidays) as I’ve just put in a random date for EDI>MCO return June 6 - 13 2026 and it’s coming back with direct flight options on those dates.

Holiday packages always go on sale before flights do.

When are you looking to travel?

VS usually opens up flights for booking 331 days before. However, as James says, you can book them further in advance if part of a Virgin Holidays package.

The only caveat is that VS may change their schedule or even drop a route. If that happens, then if booked through a package Virgin Holidays will put you on an alternative flight instead, albeit not necessarily from EDI or VS for that matter, or even on the same day. That’s happened to us twice for varying reasons, but you don’t have to necessarily accept what they give you first time round and a friendly phone call might yield a more satisfactory, alternative outcome.
