Taxi recommendations from Bath Road

Can anyone recommend a taxi service to book to get from the Marriott on Bath Rd to DTCI?

London Heathrow cars are asking £50 or more for a car big for 4 with luggage. Seems steep to me.

We used Uber last year, arrived within 5 mins of ordering, no issues accessing DTCI, they just ask for your name and flight number, cost around £10 from Bath Road, that was early morning though

Same - just use Uber. It ranges from £10 for a standard up to £25 for a Lux.

I always use Parker Car Servcie. They charge me £27.55 from the Crowne Plaza T4 to DTCI (that includes the drop-off charge as well). You can pre-book online and then they charge you on the day.

Thanks for this!
I checked my uber history and I paid £29.79 last time from HI Express T4 (same as CP) to Upper Class Wing.

That price is the standard car. There's a whole list of vehicle options to choose from (some of which are not suitable for the DTCI due to their size).

Parker Cars also list the VS Upper Class Wing as a drop-off point when booking online making things nice and easy. You also get a link to pre-arrival tracking giving you the current location of the car that's picking you up as well as reg details and car description etc much like Uber.

I've used them loads of times now without and issues what so ever. They do often tend to arrive a little early though so just be prepared!

I'm getting quoted a similar amount from the Parker website for a couple of upcoming weekday departures from Heathrow Marriott, one at 0640 (VS7) and the other at 0520 (VS91) which seems very reasonable for that time of day. However the returns at 1300 (VS130) and 1630 (VS42) are almost £10 more.
My logic may be flawed but I would really expect the early morning pick ups to be attracting a premium compared to afternoon.
Is there more to it than I realise and are these reasonable costs or has something been missed out and I will get some extra charges applied if I proceed with the booking?

Sorry to appear ungrateful for the help and advice or impatient, I'm keen to firm up my transfer options and would appreciate anyone's opinions on these ballpark numbers between Marriott on Bath Road and LHR T3, £28 (0630 on a Wednesday) and £40 for the return (1600 on a Tuesday)

Whenever I've stayed in a hotel on Bath Road (Renaissance and Radisson to be precise), we just booked a taxi from the hotel reception and it came to somewhere between £15-20. That was around 6am-ish. When we got a taxi from the rank at T3 arrivals back to those respective hotels to collect the car, it was also a similar amount to the outbound.

Considering where your hotel is, I'd say somewhere between £20-25 may be right, but I have no personal experience.

You might also want to just order a taxi the day before via your hotel reception, but it's entirely up to you.

Numbers seems OK to me having used Parkers a few times.

Couldn't say with absolute certainty but I suspect the difference between there and back is there includes the drop off charge and back includes some amount for short stay parking.
