V-Flyer

Hello,
I booked through a package deal for Orlando as I really didn’t want to do it all separate this time, but they told me my upper class ticket included a chauffeur service and if I’m within a radius I could use it, I’ve done some
Light research and it’s saying it was stopped for the free chauffeur ride or am I wrong?
Just wanted any clarification so I know if they are outdated slightly with what they told me

Who did you actually book this package with?

The car service was removed from the higher VS Upper Class fares a long time ago now!

Unless the package you booked does include some sort of transfer?

It was ocean Florida, the guy said the fare says chauffeur ride and asked how far away I was. I did google and thought I saw it was removed. I am getting them to check but it’s not a huge deal as I’m 20 mins away from Heathrow so can easily get dropped off but a free chauffeur is always nice

Having just checked, VS removed complimentary transfers from higher Upper Class J, D or C fare bookings in July 2020. Z and I fares never included a transfer.

It was included with I class as the only time I ever used it was when my wife and I went to Seattle in 2018 (just had a look at my booking emails). We used the car to and from Heathrow and also from Seattle airport to our hotel. It was definitely removed not too long later.
