Looks like VS are following BA in increasing YQ charges on all revenue fares.

For VS Upper Class YQ is now £1180. That was £1100 a few weeks ago!

Whats the YQ charge?

YQ can be anything the airline wants it to be, but essentially it’s a fuel surcharge.
