Flying on Saturday - Heathrow to Barbados UC and can't pre order meals as it's saying technical issues, Called Virgin who said it's because I've asked for special meal (veggie) but I've done this before and still get pre order. I'm actually a pescatarian so want to fish option but this isn't an option - worried I'll get some crappy veg option!

Cancel your special meal and pre order the fish. You can’t have two meals ordered??

And isn’t the vegetarian meal unusually just the veg option on the menu?

Sorry for confusion - the issue isn't the veg meal, there is no ability to pre order anything - when you log in says

You cant see that option because you've selected a "special meal" you would need to have that canceled then you can see the normal pre order upper meals.

Perhaps call them?

I have preordered them on 4 flights so far and not one knew about it or brought me it even though it was stocked.
So it doesn't matter most of the time even if you do preorder.
