Hi all,

Okay, I found out that the boss was about to go on a Virgin Flight to South Africa late yesterday afternoon, had a PE ticket already booked but *wasn't* a FC member!

Anyway, I sent him the email link to register as a member at some point when he gets a chance after he gets back since he'll of course be able to claim retrospective miles on the flight. Thing is, if he uses the email I sent him, will I get the 7.5k miles for introducing him even though he's joining FC after his first flight?

I dont think You'll get a retrospective Credit..
Basically I think he needed to subscribe before the flight in order for you to get miles..

You might be able to get a credit as a good will guesture but thats largely down to luck!

You can only try

Get him to join when he gets back via the link you have sent him, then have him phone up and have his flight retrospectively added to his account. This should then trigger the member referral sweep, and you should get your bonus.

Yeah, I think the key will get him to use the email he's been sent and then keeping my fingers crossed!
