The clubhouse at LHR
Posted: 07 Nov 2004, 14:43Are you actually supposed to check-in to the lounge. I've only actually flown VS once in UC and I had to show my BP to the security guy at the enterence to the corridor where there are sevearal lounges. When I got into the clubhouse there seemed to be a bit of a queue at the desk so I just took a sharp turn right and went in.
First, why did the guy at the security post need to see my BP? Was I supposed to queue for 5 minutes to tell them that I was in the lounge? I don't relly see what could stop someone who wasn't elidgible getting into the clubhouse.
Also, any BD Golds ever gotten in when travelling another airline from T3?
/edit - Just thought I would add - I'm an honest person and don't plan to rip off VS. I'm just curious as BD usually seem really strict and always seem to check all my details 10 times over
