Hi there !

Does anyone know whether flight VS 8 LAX to LHR has the new upper class suites ?

If not, any idea when they should come into service

First of all,welcome to the forum

Currently I believe the only flight with the Upper Class Suite (UVS) is the VS3/4 to JFK.

Another aircraft is being refitted currently and might serve the SFO route aorund Christmas/New Year.

The original plan( at the launch) was for all LHR aircraft to be equipped around Spring 2004.This would of course include the VS 7/8 to LAX.

However ,given progress , it would not surprise me if it was delayed into the Summer.

2 weeks ago - Virgin had a Upper Class promotion at LHR ( right outside BA's lounge ) ... Virgin staff told me that they were expecting the LAX route to have the new Suite configuration - hence I asked

LAX is the next planned route to get the new J suite after SFO is done, it should be done by mid-Spring.

The Upper Suite will eventually be on all routes, they are not limiting it just to the LHR routes this time.
