Yet again.....Help:)

I am intending a trip to Florida at the end of April. Outbound LGW - MCO (VS15)and inbound MIA - LHR (VS006).

However, my dilemma is that the data on this forum shows a 346 from MIA, with a 343 as a 5% chance. Using the availability tool, all dates around 14th May are showing 343; thus no chance of suites.

Which is the more likely to be correct?

The availability of Z is getting lower and I therefore need to book soon. I need to make the decision to abandon Revivals and come back MCO - LGW to get suites or have a high likelihood of 346 suites into LHR

[BTW, I am assuming that the 346 refits will be completed by May and therefore any 346 into LHR is likely to be UCS]

See the thread here. The best current theory is that the 343s will metamorphosise into "proper" (:)) nearer the time.

To add to what BlackCat said, I imagine it will be a 346 or 744 but unfortunately we'll have to wait for Commercial to make their minds up. Btw all 346s are now UCS.

I have booked this morning and Pam at UC reservations was of the opinion that 744 was currently scheduled although her screen was also showing 343.

I appreciate that operational reasons may change any 'plane, but at least I'm reasssured that the intial booking is right.


The other thing that came to light, as this is another (and perhaps this time final[8D]) trip with Mum, is that she qualified for a discount on her Z class as she was over 65 - this is something I have not come across before.

Really? Cool! If i sort out my parents for my mum's 60th this means my dad would be elligible if they do it. Which is good - with five of us going any saving will be extremely good and helpful to the pocket!
