I'm flying from JFK-LHR but I don't know if its a 340-300 or 340-600. Can anyone tell me which it is and if the suites are on this flight?
Thanks!

Hi BandontheRub - I've just checked Availabilty tool and it does say you will be on a 343 aircraft so it wont be suites:
JFK LHR 2310 1050 VS 10 J4 D4 Z4 W4 S7 K4 Y3 B3 L3 M3 343
the other 2 VS flights that day are:
JFK LHR 1930 0710 VS 4 J0 D0 Z0 W0 S0 K0 Y0 B0 L0 M0 74S
JFK LHR 2110 0850 VS 46 J4 D4 Z4 W4 S4 K3 Y2 B2 L2 M1 343
VS4 is suites but has no avialability in any cabin - sorry

Thanks for the quick reply. I haven't seen the suites yet but I have always enjoyed my Virgin flights and look forward to hopefully a nice entertainment system.
I am in the Upper Class cabin and last time I didn't get the massage treatment. They said they would give me some kind of a voucher for the next time but I never did receive one. Would they have a record or anything or do I just need to chance the massage?

There never does seem to be any pattern to getting your massages - dont know if boarding early does increase your changes - dont think it does - depends on how full UC is and how many poeple want massages. You always have a better chance on West coast flights though as there's obviously more time.
Just explain your situation nicely and I'm sure she will fit you in

I've only been missed once - and that only was bacuase the beauty therapist was ill so wasn't on board on a BOS-LHR flight.
I suggest you sit in the front section of the UC cabin on the 343 as it's quiter - also I recommend you sit in one of the middle 2 seats (rows D or G) as you then dont need to climb over anybody to get out of your seat.
Have a great flight

Getting a massage is totally at the discretion of the beauty therapist on board.
Its up to her how many treatments she completes and who gets a treatment.
Its impossible to do 48 treatments.
Just be nice to all of the crew and when they are chatting about the passengers in the galley Im sure they will put a good word in for u!!!

If you get missed out for a massage, the therapist should give you a small V.Touch card with a stamp and your seat number on it. You can then use this to get priority treatment next time -- this has always worked for the Kitten.

If you are given a V.Touch card, can you use it regardless of class of travel next time, or do you still have to be in UC?
Thanks

Hi JonBuck,
You will almost certainly have to be sitting in the UC cabin to use the Vtouch priority card.

It's a great thought though isn't it - 6 hours into an economy flight and really starting to feel like you will never stand up straight again, and you can just nip into UC to get a quick massage and reliave the tension!!
