Candyman.
I am sure if you address the letter to :-
Sir Richard Branson's Office
Virgin Atlantic Airways
Manor Royal
Crawley
West Sussex
RH20 9NU
then it will be passed through the correct channels.

I am actually in Ravenshead - not too far from Sutton - land of my birth

I called myself Nottingham Nick in the Flyertalk forum- it is dominated by US posters and I wanted somewhere they would know (everybody knows where Robin Hood comes from!!)
It is nice to get some Midlands representation - other people who know what a pain in the a** it is to get to LHR / LGW

Steve - it has only been a month, i would be tempted to hang on for a while, though I would have thought you would have got an acknowledgement letter by now.

Now that is close I suppose you frequent The Hutt & The little John I booze on Sunday dinner at The Talbot/Rosso even closer.I also always say I am from Nottingham / mention Robin Hood were ever in the world I maybe. On our last trip to NYC the Irish bar maid asked where we were from so standard response "Nottingham" she says "Oh my mum lives in Mansfield" small world.

Last time I wrote to SRBs office it took about 2 months to get an acknowledgement and then a futher month for a personal reply I bet he gets rather a lot of mail.

Strange - I wrote a complimentary letter to SRB the weekend before last and had a reply on Saturday. Granted, it wasn't replied to by HIMSELF, but it was a nice reply anyway

Cheers

It has had MANY incarnations since it was a Berni:) It still does food, in fact its present format is the best for many years. It is one of the Chef and Brewer chain and is very popular.

2 the 2nd letter no mention of the first still so i assume that the good old royal mail has kept it for its collection
nice reply once more not from SRB but i would assume he gets so many letters he would never have time for a lifeif he answered even a % of them
nice to know at least that te good service i got has been noted tho.

I wrote to "the Boss" recently, even asked if he was on my flight in June if he'd stop by and "Make himself known" got a nice compliments slip saying Virgin had received my letter, and either he, or one of his colleagues would get back to me, I'm still waiting and hoping.
Din't take too long for the first reply.
