Can someone tell me. If I use 60,000 points to upgrade from Economy ticket to UC ticket, do I still get the UC teir points or just the Economy points?

Welcome onboard.

You get the economy tier points and miles if using the 60k miles to upgrade.

I got PE points/miles when ugrading using miles to UC.

I would keep an eye on your statement as when using miles for upgrade you may get booked into fare class G for Upper Class ( which is a reward class) and no miles poisted for the PE bought ticket but a quick call to FC sorted it out.

My next flight is booked in G class paid for economy and 60k miles to upgrade to UC I will keep a look to see miles and tps are credited.
