How soon before a flight does VS allocate a plane to it?

I'm just dying to know if my September trips on VS1 and VS2 are gonna be on V:Port-enabled 744's!

The aircraft can change right up until a few hours before departure so I would not get too excited.

Also planning on a particular IFE system is also a big ????

I would wait until the day to see which aircraft you get!

Other wise you may think they over promise and under deliver

Don't worry about me thinking bad thoughts if I don't get V:Port

I've flown enough times with all of the other IFE's to be fine with them. I just love V:Port (along with the rest of the FC community, I'm sure)

When I flew with VS last month to Newark, we had G-VTOP, the first plane with Suites with Odyssey and we thought that was great (we were hoping that we had V:Port though) and then on the way back, Newark to Heathrow, we had G-VWOW, the first plane to get V:Port, I think. V:Port was brill!
When will Arcadia and Nova be replaced. I know G-VFAB and G-VHOT is going to get V:PORT and Suites in the coming months, but what about the LGW 744s and the A340-300s with Arcadia?
