Thanks Decker (beat me to it!) ;)

I wonder when VS will launch their own online duty free system (complete with online ordering)....

I know they've mentioned the possibility of doing it before etc..

The last time I spoke to them on this (IIRC, December '03), they were saying it was in the works, and "coming soon". Of course, YMMV as to how long "soon" is :D

Cheers

You're right Michael. Soon could mean anything!

Fingers crossed that when they say soon, they really do mean soon. I can't wait to be able to do a spot of VS shopping online that doesn't include a trip to eBay! ;)

I'm just waiting for the day that I don't need to keep a copy of the Retail Therapy catalogue hanging around the house :D

Sorry to drudge up an older thread, but a small update on this. I wrote a feedback thing for the VS website asking them to change the tier point levels back to the old levels and also suggesting the email form could get auto-populated with the address fields. As part of a response, I also suggested making RT pre-orders online - reply was "This idea is currently in development. There are some logistical problems that make this unworkable at the moment, but we're working on a solution" - ecouraging :)

Cheers

Michael

Michael, when you say old levels, do you mean the temporary promo levels as up to Dec 31 2003, i.e. 30TP to achieve Gold, etc., etc.?

I meant the old levels prior to the promo last year. The VS website was still showing the promo levels if you looked at this page, so I asked them to change it back since the promo has ended :) (BTW, just for clarity, I wasn't asking them to make any changes to the actual TP level, just the display - I can see how that might've come across :D)

BTW, I'll keep this thread updated if I get any more info on the RT online site development :)

Cheers

Michael
