Does anyone know where i can find the official Virgin damaged bag policy (that talks about compensation)?

At least they seem to treat bags better than some of the American airlines. Was watching what they were doing with bags this morning on a United flight and they were just slinging them all over the place - they even managed to snap my V-Flyer luggage tag in half during the inbound flight to Las Vegas last week

My bad was broken. And i complainted... complaint sent to baggage department and they said i recieved my compensation....
haha yeah right 30$ for a broken bag...
I will have to get some time and actually call Virgin and see if i get someone reasonable on the phone....[:(!]

Can you not claim anything under your travel policy?
