I seem to remember that every now and again sombody asks where everyone is planning to go in the near future.
So as it's a new year and no one's asked the question lately - where are you all planning to go this year?

And I may try a quick weekend to EWR
September does include a quick jaunt around the Caribbean
Boring I know, but I need to check out the growth on some weeds.

Yep, got a couple of trips booked to the west coast via LA, one in Feb and one in August, a quick cruise on Arcadia in April and a long week end in Cornwall.
Might try and get a week somewhere in October but not sure where yet.

ps didn't know about the plane thing in the bottem left hand corner, now that is cool.

Oh,another person that cruises, could you please tell the people on here that you don't have to be 75 to enjoy a cruise,we are off in 44 odd days to FLL to take a nice long cruise on the legend.

Flew to LAX last weekend, then up to SFO on Wednesday. Not sure where from there though!
I managed 81 flights last year so looking to beat that this year (although a lot less likely as I think my job will be changing soon so will involve less trave [:(]

Pretty boring year lined up at the moment (unless those elusive 6 numbers come up on t'lottery

)
The only major thing I have booked & confirmed is a week-long conference in in Salt Lake City, Utah in March, followed by a week's holiday in California.
Various friends in Spain & Sweden keep reminding me that I'm overdue a visit, so I'll probably try a couple of long weekends away at some stage.
Cheers
Michael

England sometime in the summer, I will probably also beg my parents to let me go on either the first or second Virgin America flight (as of now rummored to be SFO-NYC and NYC-SFO), and I might go to Bermuda - but the latter is not confirmed.

I'll second that, off to San Juan via MCO next week to join Serenede for a weeks cruising around the Southern Caribbean[8D] Be our first venture into the pointy bit of the plane:D
Then SFO Hawaii and Vegas in September.
Hopefully MCO for Christmas & New Year

I reluctantly have to agree Jetwet. You don't have to be 75 to cruise, because there is nothing in the booking conditions that says you do have to be. But It certainly helps....
[rant on]Now I am on the subject, damn cruising ships, milling around in port getting in the way, not giving sound signals because it wakes the punters up, disgourging multitudes of grockles into shopping centres, Grrrrrrr! Hotels are meant to be on the land, so why can it not stay that way[:(!] [rant off]
Do not have to do the 3 weekly flight over to PVG this year. So to be honest I am looking forward to spending some weekends at home. May go off to Thailand later in the year. Also a couple of Eurobrakes in planning.

Good luck. We will all have our fingers and toes crossed for you.
Mods - should we not be sponsoring AerJohn. I know we cannot afford money, but should we not be kitting this pro-golfer out with some V-flyer merchandise?:D. He may even be able to get a pic of SRB sporting a v-flyer pin:D:D Now that would be great on the calendar.
