V-Flyer

My 9 year-old daughter REALLY wants to stay at least one night in a real castle while we travel in Germany this summer. I've identified several, but just wonder if any of you wonderfully well-traveled folk may have suggestions? Our itinerary is wide open at this point. Would love to spend a bit of time in the Mosel/Nahe region, which is where I have come across the Johann Lafer's Stromburg (seems to have a well-known restaurant as well).

Any ideas?
