Hi ppl,
I was wondering if anyone used long term parking at Heathrow (T2) and could comment on convenience, prices, transfer times to T2, security (need to leave my car there for a month) and if its a multistore/roofed parking or outdoor one?
Thanks in advance,
V.

Try NCP Flightpath. It is behind Park Inn and only a short ride to Terminal 2. Pay online for about £10-£11 per day.

For that amount of time I would use a driver to take me there and to collect me!! I dont ever park at LHR or LGW anymore - its a pain getting to and from the car park and its expensive!!!!
Where are you coming from? Where you flying to?

I use pink elephant for T1,2&3(transfers are no problems, unlike parking express who are total crap). But as Mark says it will cost an arm and a leg for that length of time.

Try looking at car parks not in the airport for cheaper prices and then getting a taxi in if you're staying for a month.

Just had a look around on the web and have found several options for you:
1. Give Cedars multi-storey in Uxvridge a call to find their policy on long-term stays - they could be quite a bit cheaper.
2. Use advanced booking from the LHR website to get the best rates for parking in LHR - you can save over £100 for lenghty stays such as yours.
3. If you have a loyalty card with one of the hotels in the area, you may be able to get good rates at their car parks

Cheers,

I am sure I can even hire a limo for that amount of money.. I just don't want to leave my banger sitting on the front porch for a month - it just asking for it...
Tenner a day it what I'd pay anyway to NCP or whatever (I am in London)so i dunno..
