VIRGIN CREDIT CARD

Me and the present Mrs Treelo have the miles earning Virgin credit card. As holders will know, the miles are credited to the account holder, ie, all miles come to me.
Question: if I want to upgrade using miles from my account for both of us, or some from mine some from hers is that a problem. Forgive the naivete - never used miles to upgrade, yet

Not sure what you mean here Treelo...
Do you have ONE account with two cards - you being the account holder and Mrs T being an additional card holder?
OR - Do you have two accounts with separete cards going into ONE Flying Club account??

... AFAIK You can upgrade or even provide others with travel via your miles.
Not sure about mixing miles from two accounts though.

You can certainly pay for Mrs T's upgrade or reward flight from your FC account, obviuously subject to there being availability for two mileage upgrades on your flight.

Yes you can pool miles from two accounts for upgrades in a 50/50 or 75/25 split.
Thanks,
Sarah

Thanks for the replies people. Sorry for the poorly worded question, John. There is one account holder - mois - and 2 cards,1 for me and 1 for the boss

Not sure about upgrades but when buying reward tickets and using miles from two accounts you can mix on a 50:50 or 75:25 split but I think each segment needs to come from a single account.
