(Not about Virgin sorry)
Looks like I'll have to cancel my BA Club return EWR-LHR leg and fly to IAD and SJU instead. Guessing I can get my tax back BUT as they'll keep my money is there any way I can keep the TPs? [:(]. Not hopeful but....

I kind of have a feeling that they won't give you TPs, although seeing as though they're going to keep your money it doesn't seem very fair.

Having said that, I have just remembered that I heard of pax being credited for flights, TPs and miles when they cancelled full fare tickets late on. Maybe worth waiting until after the flight date to haggle over the tax refund,I think I also read that there is a cancelation fee equal to the tax/surcharge but that could have been EZ or someone else.

Hi,
I have had tax/fees refunded on a non refundable fare ( less a £30 admin fee ) last year
