You don't say if the party is mixed or all male
If it's mixed......
As you are there for more than 24 hrs I'd add a trip out to the Grand Canyon as a must
As there are 8 of you, hire a limo to cruise the strip and drop you off at various casino's
Cheesecake Factory at Caesars
If it's all guys.......
Drink, gamble, drink, gamble, drink etc etc

Totally agree with point one! O is a great and amazing show!(watch out for those cheeky clowns though)
If you want to get abit scared go on a ride on the stratosphere, i was the only one in my family who did it lmao[8D]. so if your not big on hights then it might not be a good idea...
Walk the strip at night great atmosphere and make sure you watch the fountains at bellagio!
A must for any cheesecake lover is the Cheesecake factory at ceasers as Jon B mentiond.
Theres alot more to do so im sure something else will pop up in my head some time[y]
Cheers,
Chris

Oh what was I thinking..#1 thing to do in Vegas....drop by and say hi to me...give me a good excuse to do nothing for a while at work [y][y][y]
Seriously though, there is a lot to do out here,it depends on your like's and dislikes.
SHark reef is a place that I can spend hours at,other would find it boring. There are a lot of great night clubs, but I hate clubbing,it comes down to what you like to do,give me some things you enjoy and I will try to point you in the right direction.

Nothing particulary new or original but my twopenneth nonetheless...
Cheers!

p.s If I had to give a "avoid" I would say the buffets. Done them in a few hotels and have never been impressed. Never as good as I expect.

Gamble a lot, drink a lot, have a lot of fun - that's what the place is there for - I wouldn't waste 24hrs in Vegas by shopping! Outside of gambling, in the evening I'd watch the fountains at Bellagio and go Downtown to see the Fremont St Experience (and drink yard-long Daquiris from La Bayou

)...
And of course, go see Dave @ the Strat for some friendly abuse (and take ID with you, just in case

)

Cheers
Michael

Bellagio Spa - amazing!!!
Fountains outside Bellagio - you can't go to Vegas and not watch these. Has to be at night.
One thing to make sure you do is sit down and watch. It is a place with soo much happening make sure you put some time to take it all in - watch the people around you and stuff.
I can't wait to get back there.

Being chased around by the Borg in full costume was fab! Think i got far too into character on that one!
In the shop i got approached by Nog, i asked him if he had any openings for Dabo girls and he didnt know what i was talking about - disgraceful!

Thanks,
Sarah

The characters walk around Quark's Bar and a little bitoutside it at regular intervals......I saw a Borg, Klingon, Andorian, Romulan, Ferengi and some other I can remember offhand (Bajoran?). Easy to get photos taken with them too.
Good to know the place is very near to monorail too.
Not the cheapest attraction but good fun, especially if you take the backstage tour with the slight over-enthusiastic guide(s).....and you get a certificate saying you did the tour and you get to keep the ID tag round your neck.
