V-Flyer

Hey all,

Just a quick question- I was speaking with my cousin in the UK today, about the possibility of meeting up in November. It's his girlfriend's 21st birthday the day before my 22nd, and we generally meet up at that time of year. Normally it's me gonig to the UK, but this year we've learned that his boss owns a house in Cyprus that we may be able to stay at.

Ideally I'd like to meet them in LHR and have all three of us travel to Cyprus together, although I'm having a hell of a time finding a decent connection out of LHR, as I'd most likley be arriving around 09.25 on the VS2 service.

Does anyone know what carriers operate this route? I'm not really sure who to check--I've looked at Cyprus Airways, and (the enemy) BA...

Oh, travel would be LHR-Cyprus on 03 Nov, returning 06 Nov. Just three days...

If you want to go direct LHR>LCA, then I think BA & CY are the only two out of LHR (BA only have 1 flight a day I think, leaving @ 0830hrs) - there are various options for flights with 1 connection though.

Problem is that on the dates you want, the other options of flying direct from LGW/STN (and even BRS) aren't available either, since the carriers only go direct to those spots on certain days. For example, FCA have a 1235hrs dep on 1st Nov from LGW and return on 5th Nov, arr @ 1740hrs.

For the dates you want out of LHR on CY:
Outward:
CY327 dep 0945 arr 1610
CY333 dep 2215 arr 0440

Return:
CY332 dep 0335 arr 0635
CY504 dep 0915 arr 1315
CY326 dep 1745 arr 2045

Now, if you were to arrive at LHR on 2nd Nov, there's CY347 that leaves at 1500, arrives 2125...
