V-Flyer

Could anyone help me in finding a lounge in the tom bradley international terminal at LAX plesase. Im asking because my brother will be flying qantas from fiji to LAX and then connecting to the dark side (tut tut![V]) this meas he will have to wait 6 hours in the airport with nothing to do, so i was hoping i could tell him a lounge that he can pay to get in to on the door. Hes been asking since i found out you could pay on the door to get in the ANZ lounge which VS uses in T2 so obviously this lounge isnt a option! (you see this is what happens when you dont fly with some one like vs!)
Would some one be kind enough to help me out.

You can get into the Mexicana lounge in TBIT with a Priority Pass card, so maybbe worth trying there. However, TBIT is a total hole (dirty, unpleasant, few shops/amenities past security) and the lounges are about to be demolished completely and rebuilt, I think beginning next month. During this time there will only be a single shared F lounge in the terminal building, plus a C lounge via bus transportation.

In short, I'd advise your brother to find something else to do in LAX!

Spot at the In n' Out Burger near LAX! I mean I for one certianly would not fly across the country in mid-October just to spot.

Tell him to jump in a cab and ask for The Buggy Whip or Hennesseys for a good meal and a drink.
