Has anyone taken the IC865 1255 A320 flight from Mumbai - Goa?
It would be good to hear about other's experiences? [y][n]
Seat preference as well, might as well have a good seat! We are in Business.
All assistance is appreciated.

Thanks very much

Hi Goanmad,
I've flown Deccan Airwyas BOM - GOI (DN651/DN652 24/2/06 - 26/2/06). Have to say much of a non event. Flight left late going, flight left late coming back. Nothing unusual at all on Indian internal flights. However its only a 45-60 min flight anyway. Goa airport under redevelopment (they all are!), but in and out of airport fairly quick. You can buy sealed refreshments (Coke, water etc) at local prices in airport.
The rules for seatbelts, mobile phones, staying seated upon landing etc do not seem to apply to India nationals.
Taxi rank outside airport - pay first - fixed prices - pretty good service. Four of us spent 2 days on beach and had breakfast, lunch, numerous water and beers - still didn't come to a tenner each day (for 4 of us!!)
Theres a number of airlines fly to Goa - Jet, Spice Jet, Kingfisher etc. I've a number of staff working out in Mumbai and they make regular weekend trips to Goa. Kingfisher has come out the best in terms of average price and service.
Cheers
Ken
