Visiting LV v.soon am considering Caesers Palace.
Choice of Palace Tower or Augustus Tower.
Your views would be appreciated and valued.
Not stayed there before so any up to date information would be great.
Steve

Steve - I'm sorry, but I've never actually been to Las Vegas, and therefore can't help. If I could, I'd make a point of doing so - sorry!

Best wishes.

David

What type of room are you getting, there are some very nice room's in the Augusta tower with a tub facing the strip that fills from the ceiling.

Evening,
I am a bit of a Vegas freak and off there this Saturday coming for our 8th visit.

I haven't stayed at Caesars either but I found this fairly recent thread on a Vegas forum I use. It is entitled 'Caesars - Palace Tower vs. Augustus Tower' and is discussing the two types of rooms at Caesars that you are considering.

Whilst this is a polite response what was the point of responding? Every post on here uses some server space and if we all responded to posts where we dont have any information then the whole board would soon get pretty clogged up??

In fact - if a mod wants to delete this then go ahead

I suspect that David was being polite to ensure that Steve didn't feel ignored after a misunderstanding on another thread.

No, David made a supportive post on that thread as it seemed that people were violently disagreeing with Steve. Based upon his own experience he was able to point Steve to another way of looking at it. As Steve's question went unanswered for an hour David doubtless wanted to provide reassurance that it was being read. I suspect this is a bad case of TMI :)
