Other the last few weeks I've bought a few things in Virgin Megastore, each time the staff have told me "As your have a Virgin c/card you get 10% off", fantastic and I'm not complaining, but cannot see any mention of this anywhere.

Today I bought something, they didn't deduct 10%, so I asked and they removed 10% and said that this is a new benefit of the Virgin AmEx.

I did get an e-mail about this but it showed a picture of the old Virgin Mastercard so did not think it applied to the new Virgin Amex card. It also said you get 10% off Virgin Money, Holidays, Wine and Virgin Active as well.

Interesting to know.

Is this a UK benefit only or does it apply to Virgin Megastore's in the US?

From VM:

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer excludes airtime vouchers and gift vouchers. Offer only available in Virgin Megastores based in the UK. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount card scheme.

Good offer - love dvds, wish I had known abou this before I bought lots of Christmas Presents though, thanks for the heads up!
