Hello All,

Well the gods of last minute travel rain upon me once more and it looks like I will be overnighting in Boston this Friday evening.

Does anyone have any hotel recomendations, basically the closer to check in the better as I have an early flight to Toronto to make the following morning.

Thanks

Adam

There is a Hilton and a Hyatt at Logan details here.

I have never stopped at either, I would sooner stop downtown and get an early taxi / T train out to the airport in the morning.

Thanks Nick, that link was exactly what I needed. As I wont be in BOS till 10pm and leave the next morning at 8am I decided to stay at the Hilton (after signing up for the HHonours program of course and getting my VS miles).

Thanks again, twas a big help.

The Hilton at Logan is fine, shuttle buses run very frequently, never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in the morning(well anytime). We always stay here when connecting onto AA early morning flights. There are dedicated Hilton pnones in arrivals just ring them when you have your bags and the bus is there quickly.Bar service is a bit hit and miss, sit at a table not at the bar, room service is very good.

Cheers for that JP, points duly noted about Bar Service. After a day at the office then a flight to Boston via San Juan I will no doubt fancy a few cold ones. I am meeting my new (well hopefully new) CEO the next day so perhaps I should take things in moderation though.

Hi,

If you do not have too much luggage you can walk from Terminal E and A( I think) via the walkway to the central parking head down one level then walk via a covered walkway to the Hilton ( about 5mins walk)

Yes I saw the walkway as I was heading back to the terminal the following morning at 5am. The hotel is well situated thankfully as I had so little time. Good old AA got us to Boston late so I had a four and a half hour sleep then headed out to Toronto for a job interview (minus any hair gel thanks to the TSA).

Hopefully next time I stay there I will have a few hours to enjoy the place and not be in such a rush.
