Does anyone know where to find the details of how to pay the MBNA Mastercard electronically.

I use RBS and I do manage to pay them every month but get a letter every month saying the details were wrong but no explaination of what details I should use.

No sign of any details on the web site and I am currently in a different country to my statement.

Thanks

Manual or automated?

I use the 'payments' tab when i log into my account at mbna.co.uk/bankcardservices.co.uk and enter my current account details. I have never had a letter from my bank and i have never not had a payment go through. The payment usually hits the next working day, and is shown on your account online the day after.

I thought that is how everyone paid their bill?

Thanks,
Sarah

I use www.virginmoney.com believe it or not...:D

The My Account section will allow access for all MBNA issued cards.

If you enrol in an online account you can pay your BMI bills at the same time as your VS Amex bills if you have one...:D

I never pay that way, didn't realise I could tbh[:I]. I just call my bank and ask them to make a payment to MBNA for me, they do it there and then and the payment is always showing on my online statement within 48 hours.

Hi All

Does any know if it's possible to have BMI miles transfered to your Virgin account?

Cheers

It can be done, but you will lose a LOT of the value of the points.

You can't transfer direct, so you would have to do it by converting to a programme like Hilton, and then from Hilton to VS.

There are several conversion programmes like Webflyer that tell you what value is available - but don't expect much of a return.

We used to have a link to a conversion programme here, but it has been removed.

Don't forget that you can use BMI points to book VS flights. See this thread for more info.
