Virgin Amex Call Centre Closed for Easter!

I tried calling the MBNA customer services today (8-Apr-07) to query why my card got rejected recently only to find it was closed for Easter! This is despite what is printed on the statements "Customer Satisfaction Help, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year"
I even found the same message if I went through the lost and stolen card option - nice to know!
Suddenly £115 fee looks even more of a rip off - have written a letter!
