LCCs

(or, Wherein the Grinning Jackanapes Beats a Dead Horse and Gets More Stick from Their Graces the Mannions)...

Me? Beat a dead horse? Why, of course, of course, I'd beat a dead horse. Unless, of course, it's a talking horse. You see, by beating it, I produce glue which I can then, in turn, sniff and thus erase the cares of the world.

ENNY-HOO...

Here is a fine article reviewing several LCCs from this Sunday's New York Times. Given the rave review of easyJet, I feel much better about my slummy summer STN-NAP safari.

The article does, however, give me far more insight into the great and good minds of Their Graces when it comes to doubting LCCs as a habitable conveyance...some of these carriers sound downright dire!

Happy reading, duckies.

Interesting artical. Thanks GJ.

I rest my case!
A few tatty planes and stuffy crew. But they all got him to were he wanted to be without any of the customer service disasters so popular on reality TV shows.

Thanks for the link - an interesting tale of compare & contrast.

One small point. Though with the tongue in cheek comment "Morocco is around Europe, right?" he sets out to debunk the popular European notion that Americans don't know their Aarhus from their Esbjerg, since when has Luton been "suburban London" ?

As I live in the city that hosts the main hub for America largest LLC I have to say I love Southwest.

Clean aircraft, flights that go out on time and most importantly employee's that seem to care, when something does go wrong they fix it.
