Thank **** for that. Although, I'm sure he'll kick up a hell of a stink now (including the obvious full-page newspaper adverts crying foul play)
Also raises the question - who else will he now be looking at...?

Oh, he's talking of appealing it but hopefully it will get nowhere.
Whatever about the reasons being the lack of competition in DUB, there would be even less so here in ORK with the very real fear that the LHR link would end. The talk was that the LHR slots would go to BA and Air France and as BA long ago abandoned the LHR route I'm sure we would be well down in their list of priorites when it comes to slots at LHR
For the moment we are safe once more

Admittedly I haven't flown EI in some years, but I know recently that they had started to charge for checked luggage and for food on board, similar to many of the LCCs. However, I am glad that Mr O'Leary didn't get his way on ths one[y]
