V-Flyer

We're grabbing a few days in Italy while back in Europe and we are flying with Meridiana to Florence. We're flying with them as we'll be based near LGW and not many other airlines fly directly to FLR it would appear!

Has anyone any experience of this airline?

Yup, in flight they're OK, comfortable and spacious seating, usual in flight service (pay for meals in econ etc. and no IFE). I like them because they fly into Florence directly and Pisa is not so far away but actually a bore to go through and then drive / train / bus into Florence.

However, according to airlinequality.com don't talk the morning flight, this seems to be badly affected by delays and cancellations!

They don't seem too bad then? We're on the 09.45 departure so I'll keep my fingers crossed for no delays!

Just checked airlinequality.com and now wish I hadn't[:0] Lots of 'I will never fly this airline again' comments. Never mind, who knows? We may get lucky and have an on time departure;)
