And anyone thought FC responses were slow

Back on 8th June I returned from Dubai on Emirates in First - on arrival at Heathrow the car service had totally failed, no cars for anyone courtesy of Tristar (I recall a car problem for Mr P in LAX recently ...). The Tristar rep was apalling, his excuses I would say were tantamount to fibs and there were 20+ pax getting irritated for an hour.
Eventually they put me in black cab.
I wrote to Emirates customer services, six weeks ([:0]) later I get an acknowledgement ... and this as a Skywards Gold and First Class passenger. Only an acknowledgement mind, not a reply.
So FC in four weeks, pah, good result!
